Considered one of the top ten tribute bands in the country, the eleven piece band packs venues throughout the east coast with their high energy shows and “spot on” Steely Dan sound. Boasting three horns, two guitars, keyboards, bass, and drums, the band features a total of seven vocalists. These professional musicians, many of whom have performed with GRAMMY winning international artists, possess both the theoretical knowledge and musicality required to master the complexity and sophistication of of Steely Dan’s music. Hey Nineteen will amaze you with their exacting solos, vocals, harmonies, and musicianship as they reproduce the sound as originally recorded of big hits and deep cuts like “Do It Again: to “Your Gold Teeth II”, from “Reelin’ in the Years” to “Doctor Wu,” “Peg” and many more.
