Individually, they're Devon Allman and Duane Betts, two solo artists and modern-day guitar heroes who've both spent years creating their own version of American roots music.Together, they're the leaders of The Allman Betts Band, a supergroup anchored by sharp songwriting, fiery fretwork, and an historic legacy. Inspired by the classic sounds of the group’s family tree, The Allman Betts Band makes timeless rock & roll for the modern world, blurring the boundaries between blues, Americana, and southern soul. Over the course of two critically-acclaimed studio albums, hundreds of live shows, and annual performances of the Allman Betts Family Revival, The Allman Betts Band has established its own legacy of music and brotherhood.

with Donovan Frankenreiter

Friday, April 1, 2022 at 8:00 PM at Hawaii Theatre

The Devon Allman Project is a six piece world-class band that has previously toured almost 20 countries - Playing the Peach Festival, Rock Legends Cruise and festivals in Europe and througout the USA. It is led by Blues Music Award winning Devon Allman and features the two Allman Betts Band drummers, bass, Hammond B3 organ & piano and another guitarist. They will be playing songs of The Allman Brothers and Gregg Allman in their set as well as Devon's fan favorite originals and surprise covers. It's an exceptionally entertaining show. This run of dates will also feature the liquid light show and video visuals behind the band courtesy of "Brotherhood of Light" the touring visual company that toured with the Allman Brothers for 20 years and also for 3 years with Allman Betts. For nearly four decades Donavon Frankenreiter has been travelling the globe, first as a professional surfer and now as a musician. Born in Southern California, Donavon spent most of his youth chasing waves, turning pro at the age of 16. These days instead of surf competitions, it’s concert halls that brings Frankenreiter to town, where he entertains audiences with his unique blend of laid-back grooves, philosophical lyrics and soulful delivery.
